UNSAFE MIST MAKER, SLOW TO NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought original Miro at Costco for $100 and it worked for about 1-1.5yrs and the mist maker was fine but the cord that sits inside the water started breaking down. Bought replacement off website for $50 including $10 shipping at the time in spring 2024. That’s half the cost of the original!! 3 MONTHS LATER THE SAME CORD PART DETERIORATED IN THE SAME PLACE and I have stopped using it as it’s a safety hazard even though customer service responded 2x within 2mos saying it is ok to continue to use. HOW is it ok for a cord immersed in water to be deteriorated?

Bad quality cords, bad quality customer service.

Not sure what to do bc it’s been the easiest humidifier to clean over the last 10 years of many humidifiers and I want to love it but the costly prices and time/effort is ending up being the same amount of effort/work compared to other humidifiers that do not break down.

CAN’T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT UNTIL THEY GET THEIR QUALITY OF PRODUCTS AND RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS IN ORDER.

need to change an engine module every year? horrible customer service

I was very satisfied with the product. But within a year (January 2024), it didn't work and I had to change the engine module, which costs about $45 with $10 shipping fee. I tried to reach out to the customer service, but no response. As the weather gets colder, I try to use it again and guess what? it doesn't work again! same problem. the engine module doesn't work again! of course, no response from the customer service.. the worst quality and customer service ever.

Amazing product, but terrible after-sales service

Yes. The humidifiers are quiet and easy to clean. But after-sales services are non-existent. I needed help to purchase some parts. There are no numbers to call. Nobody responds to emails, Instagram, or the chat feature on their website. If your product needs any support or parts need replaced, good luck with that.
