The NR07G, NR07S, NR08M Black, NR08M Cream White, and NR MAX models all use the same Humidifier Engine Module (Mist Maker). Ensure you select the correct model when placing your order.

  1. Check for Water Damage: Ensure you wipe all excess water before attaching the mist maker to the touch station.
  2. Touch Station Issues: If the touch station appears damaged, it likely has water damage. You will need to replace both the mist maker and the touch station.
  3. Mist Maker Issues: If the issue is only with the mist maker, ensure you select the correct model before placing your order. Note that mist maker orders are non-refundable.

We process all Mist Maker orders on Wednesday morning. Typically, these orders take 2 days to ship out from our factories. Once shipped, they will take 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your location. Here are some examples of our shipping timeline:

Replacement motor costs 60% of a brand new humidifier????

I’m so disappointed - this is the best humidifier ever. The motor stopped working after 2 years (which is about how long the company states it will last). However, the part is $45 and shipping is over $20!!!! Making it over $60 to replace this motor - when it’s only $100 to buy an entire new humidifier. This is such a bummer because this humidifier is really the best, but that price is crazy. I might as well just buy a cheap humidifier on Amazon every year for that price.

Timely shipment

The original mist maker module of my Miro humidifier appeared to be short-circuiting after 2.5 winter seasons, during which it was on full blast daily and meticulously cleaned weekly. Great for Miro to offer this replacement, as the rest of the unit was still functional. The module arrived within a week and the humidifier has been back in action since. The module + shipping do cost about as much as a cheap but hard-to-clean ultrasonic humidifier, but for the sake of clean air it is a worthwhile investment.

$26 for Shipping!

$45 for a replacement part, it used to be $20 on Amazon, but is no longer available.
Previous owners used to be able to purchase with a code for $9 plus shipping, now the coupon code is only 20% off and shipping is still $26. That's $62 for a replacement part! Does the CEO want this company to go under? I am so disappointed because this is actually the best humidifier on the market. I can no longer recommend this product and I would never buy anything else from this company.

Re: Received Damaged Product

This is the exact message I sent to [****] on November 13th, 2024, and I did not receive anything from Miro until this email.

Hello,

My wife and I are fans of the Miro humidifier that she purchased a couple of years ago. It quit working so well at the end of last winter season.
According to the Miro website these modules we purchased need to be replaced every couple of years, so we ordered two of them to have a spare.
Unfortunately, due to the bubble wrap envelope the modules were sent in, one of them was visibly damaged. The fan bracket was broken. (I sent a picture of the unit and packaging). Hopefully, the second one, which was not visibly damaged, works properly.
In the future, if you are sending delicate items such as these modules, please package them properly so they have less of a chance being damaged in transit. Also, the website led me to believe these would be sent by UPS. They were sent USPS. So, we paid $16.81 for UPS delivery and we got USPS service for it. USPS is much cheaper than UPS and the handling of the package might not be as careful as with UPS.
Please let me know what you will do to rectify this situation. Thank you.

Great Product, Poor Customer Service

The Miro humidifier is by far the best humidifier I have tried. The ability to easily clean is one of it's best features. When looking to purchase a replacement part for the mist maker, there is a notice on the product page to use a discount code for the part. The code did not work. I contacted Miro through their chat feature twice. I also replied to a text message that said "Questions, Just reply to this text." I have received no response about my inquiries. I will continue to use their products and recommend them to friends and family. However, i am very disappointed that my inquiries were ignored.
