Do not buy! Cannot get replacement filters

As mentioned in many other Miro product reviews, Miro’s customer service is nonexistent. Replacement filters have been out of stock all year and non-Miro brand replacement filters do not work. Miro Support has not gotten back to me.

Consequently, we just bought a new purifier that was recommended by NYT’s Wirecutter and are very happy with their recommendation.

Powerful and Effective

The MH Pure 13 is powerful and effective. We are running it as directed and it makes a noticeable difference in air quality. It's sensitive to any negative changes in air quality, responds instantaneously by increasing its activity and then returning to its normal level once levels go down. The color "circle" indicator is a great feature along with the numerical indicator at the center of the circle. Excellent machine.

The purifier is a life-changing product for those with allergies. The design and functionality are top notch, as well! It's easy to use - just turn it onVand clean afterwards if needed!--and there isn't any pesky noise like other similar machines I've tested out before

amazing air purifier

This is an amazing air purifier that covers both my living room and kitchen, up to 640 sq feet. The tall sleek design makes it easy for me because I don’t have much space left over after installing this thing! It's also very responsive through its touchpad controls or with Alexa (if you own a speaker). The touch pad interface was very responsive out right away too.

We adore this purifier, and it's always in the living room of our house since that's where we host most of our parties and have guests. It works well, is modest in size depending on the amount we have it set to, and is nicely made so as not to detract from our décor.
