NR07 Series Controller

i ordered two of these and one engine had an issue. I reached out and customer service worked with me to identify the issue and since it was under warranty they replaced it. Works great now! Thanks for the quick resolution.

The new controller is very solid. Love the fact that I can buy replacement parts and not have to buy a whole new humidifier. Humidifiers are a part of my adult life. I even need to run one in the summer at times, it gets so dry in CA. The Miro brand is the best and I have had numerous brands and types! Being able to actually wash the parts makes me feel so much better than hoping some vinegar in a closed tank will actually disinfect the tank.
I have had the current Miro humidifier for several years now. Had to replace the misting unit and controller, but it is still going strong. Can’t say enough good things about the Miro brand.

Unfortunately this replacement part is not functioning properly. Still waiting to hear back from customer service.

Turns out I needed the motor and fan, not the controller. No one responded to my support request
So I'm stuck with it because you don't take returns. I paid as much for the two parts as I did for the humidifier.

I needed a new controller, and it worked great! Customer service needs major improvement. There's no number to call, I emailed and didn't get an appropriate response. I wasn't helped until I got on Instagram.
