NR07 Series Controller

Turns out I needed the motor and fan, not the controller. No one responded to my support request
So I'm stuck with it because you don't take returns. I paid as much for the two parts as I did for the humidifier.

I needed a new controller, and it worked great! Customer service needs major improvement. There's no number to call, I emailed and didn't get an appropriate response. I wasn't helped until I got on Instagram.

We bought 3 of these to use around the house and are happy with them. They hold a lot of water and at the halfway setting it will run for 24 hrs with a good amount of water vapor. There is very little sound (only when you are right next to it), and no moisture on the furniture they sit on. Auto shut off if it runs low on water, simple to assemble and clean. There was a part missing from one (we purchased reconditioned units, again very satisfied) but it was quickly sent to us. I would recommend this one to anyone looking to purchase, you can just replace whatever part is bad instead of the whole assembly.

Ordered $15 controller because mine broke after a year. Unsatisfied that they make us pay $20 shipping for a UPS ground delivery of a $15 item :/ it came in a padded yellow envelope, took more than a week, controller did not look “new” as it had lots of dust and wear. definitely not worth $20 shipping. It works though
