My NR07, NR08, or NR MAX Creates Mist for a Bit and Then Shuts Down

The NR07G, NR07S, NR08M Black, NR08M Cream White, and NR MAX models all use the same Humidifier Engine Module (Mist Maker). Ensure you select the correct model when placing your order.

My MH7000 Creates Mist for a Bit and Then Shuts Down
  1. Check for Water Damage: Ensure you wipe all excess water before attaching the mist maker to the touch station.
  2. Touch Station Issues: If the touch station appears damaged, it likely has water damage. You will need to replace both the mist maker and the touch station.
  3. Mist Maker Issues: If the issue is only with the mist maker, ensure you select the correct model before placing your order. Note that mist maker orders are non-refundable.

We process all Mist Maker orders on Wednesday morning. Typically, these orders take 2 days to ship out from our factories. Once shipped, they will take 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your location. Here are some examples of our shipping timeline:

The humidifier engine (mist maker) comes with a 6-month limited warranty when purchased separately. All our complete appliances come with a one-year limited warranty.

Never delivered!!!

I didn’t get the package!! It took over weeks to get a tracking number so I waited and waited. But the package never arrived even though tracking says it was delivered. I contacted customer service via email multiple times but didn’t get any responses or replacement. I will probably need to dispute the charge

You guys instructed me to purchase the completely wrong part. The part that came home is not the part where my humidifier is broken. It's the worst.

The Mist maker (new unit) doesnt work

I was advised to buy a mist maker unit , because the original mist maker unit rusted (within 1 year!!) and needed replacement. I spent money to buy this replacement part for an already expensive humidifier, and the new mist maker doesn't work either. It was dead on arrival.

Replacement engine was faulty

The replacement engine that was sent was faulty. I tried contacting the company but no response ever came.
