My NR07, NR08, or NR MAX Creates Mist for a Bit and Then Shuts Down

The NR07G, NR07S, NR08M Black, NR08M Cream White, and NR MAX models all use the same Humidifier Engine Module (Mist Maker). Ensure you select the correct model when placing your order.

  1. Check for Water Damage: Ensure you wipe all excess water before attaching the mist maker to the touch station.
  2. Touch Station Issues: If the touch station appears damaged, it likely has water damage. You will need to replace both the mist maker and the touch station.
  3. Mist Maker Issues: If the issue is only with the mist maker, ensure you select the correct model before placing your order. Note that mist maker orders are non-refundable.

We process all Mist Maker orders on Wednesday morning. Typically, these orders take 2 days to ship out from our factories. Once shipped, they will take 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your location. Here are some examples of our shipping timeline:

Engine replacement

The Miro humidifier worked great when I first bought it. Then it stopped producing mist and saying water empty even though the machine was full of water. I found out I needed a new humidifier engine. When I replaced the engine with the new one, a strong mist emitted even with the mist level on the lowest setting, which I was happy about. Then when the water level got low I washed the whole humidifier and filled the tank. Then the engine stopped producing a mist. The mist stayed in the tank as opposed to emitting from the top. So the new engine only lasted for one week. Very disappointing and waste of money for an expensive engine.

Never received a valid tracking number. Was charged but item hasn't arrived in over a month. Still waiting on a reply from support.

Better than the original one

I have 2 of the same model for years. One of the mist maker was broken. The order arrived within a reasonable time. And, I found the new mist maker works better and stranger than the old one.
