My NR07, NR08, or NR MAX Creates Mist for a Bit and Then Shuts Down

The NR07G, NR07S, NR08M Black, NR08M Cream White, and NR MAX models all use the same Humidifier Engine Module (Mist Maker). Ensure you select the correct model when placing your order.

  1. Check for Water Damage: Ensure you wipe all excess water before attaching the mist maker to the touch station.
  2. Touch Station Issues: If the touch station appears damaged, it likely has water damage. You will need to replace both the mist maker and the touch station.
  3. Mist Maker Issues: If the issue is only with the mist maker, ensure you select the correct model before placing your order. Note that mist maker orders are non-refundable.

I cannot be any more happier with Miro!
I had an issue with the mist maker engine and I was able to get a replacement outside of warranty simply by speaking to them!
They just earned a loyal customer for a long time!

After three years...

The mist maker replacement engine breaks yearly with continued use. Basically 45 dollars each year to use the humidifier plus weekly 10 minute cleaning with a toothbrush and long neck sponge, you'll get what's promised. Highly recommended by my standards, las vegas.

Our engine stopped working just after 2 years of purchasing the machine which is disappointing due to how expensive this is. However, customer service was great and provided me a free part even though it was outside of warranty.
