Great I can replace these

I used my humidifier for about 3 years. The parts stained a little due to not drying the humidifier completely when storing it. I didn't mind it at first but wanted to see if I can replace it. The replacements came fast and I was able to have a new humidifier without having to spend $ for another one. Great!

Never Got Order

Order was delivered to another address in a different state. Poor customer service, have not received refund or product or next steps when i can expect my order.
