I ordered a replacement touch station as the one i had previously broke out of warranty. It arrived in a timely manner however it was not functioning properly immediately upon setting it up. I reached out by email multiple times for 2 weeks and have received no response. The touch station was not packaged well at all. It did have bubble wrap but it was in a rather large box so it was bouncing around in the box which likely caused it to arrive broken (otherwise i was sent a faulty one). I appreciate being able to buy parts rather than a whole unit but if the replacement part does not work properly it feels like a waste of money.
