My NR07, NR08, or NR MAX Creates Mist for a Bit and Then Shuts Down

The NR07G, NR07S, NR08M Black, NR08M Cream White, and NR MAX models all use the same Humidifier Engine Module (Mist Maker). Ensure you select the correct model when placing your order.

  1. Check for Water Damage: Ensure you wipe all excess water before attaching the mist maker to the touch station.
  2. Touch Station Issues: If the touch station appears damaged, it likely has water damage. You will need to replace both the mist maker and the touch station.
  3. Mist Maker Issues: If the issue is only with the mist maker, ensure you select the correct model before placing your order. Note that mist maker orders are non-refundable.

We process all Mist Maker orders on Wednesday morning. Typically, these orders take 2 days to ship out from our factories. Once shipped, they will take 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your location. Here are some examples of our shipping timeline:

Received Defective Item, customer service not answering. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!

I received my order on 12.13.24 - humidifier come defective. I emailed customer service right away, then a week later again ,and today i tried to call them - at [****] - at least that's the number they have listed on their website - and the number is wrong, i called a older lady barely speaking English. So yeah, I left with defective item. $250 wasted. DO NOT BUT FROM THEM! ITS A SCAM!!!!

The fact this company thinks it is acceptable to charge half the price of a replacement part for a product which broke within a year of buying says a lot.

fine, but customer service is nonexistant

The mistmaker gave out on my humidifier. I saw there was a promo code on the website but it didn't work. I contacted customer service and after a few days they responded and said it was no longer valid, but the website hasn't updated. The offer is still there a month later. They exclusively offer UPS shipping, and I paid for 2 day expedited UPS shipping and they sent it USPS and it took a week. I requested a refund of the shipping charges twice and have received no response. When this mistmaker stops working I will buy another brand of humidifier.

Works fine, wee will see for how long

Replacement engine for a humidifier we bought less than a year ago. Went ahead and bought a new mist maker as customer service did not aknowledge my communication at all when I contacted them about my initial one quitting 10 months after I purchased it. Reading online this seems to be a common problem with Miro. Hopefully this one lasts a little longer
