My NR07, NR08, or NR MAX Creates Mist for a Bit and Then Shuts Down

The NR07G, NR07S, NR08M Black, NR08M Cream White, and NR MAX models all use the same Humidifier Engine Module (Mist Maker). Ensure you select the correct model when placing your order.

  1. Check for Water Damage: Ensure you wipe all excess water before attaching the mist maker to the touch station.
  2. Touch Station Issues: If the touch station appears damaged, it likely has water damage. You will need to replace both the mist maker and the touch station.
  3. Mist Maker Issues: If the issue is only with the mist maker, ensure you select the correct model before placing your order. Note that mist maker orders are non-refundable.

I had to purchase a new mist maker after my original one stopped working. The price is pretty high, in addition to the shipping costs, especially to replace a part that broke with minimal use, but I am happy that it's back up & running now!

On my 4th mist maker replacement, ridiculous.

I purchased the NR07S 11/2021. Since then, the mist maker only lasts 5-6 months and needs to be replaced due to completely not working or malfunctioning. I'm already on my 4TH REPLACEMENT. Standard shipping costs $12 for a small $45 item which is ridiculous. I'm about to just find a new humidifier (from a different company)!

Perhaps the power supply is shot but the replacement didn’t fix it and now I’m probably going to replace the humidifier with a new one

New parts

We have had our Miro for 9 years and love it. We did have to replace the blower and mist maker recently. We ordered it and it came quickly fit in perfectly. Love it.
