The NR07 Series Humidifiers feature a circular analog dial for output control. Slide this dial to power on/off and adjust mist intensity. Output levels are indicated accordingly. Unlike the NR08 series, NR MAX, and MH7000 humidifiers, it doesn't offer preset "levels" for selection.

Each machine comes with different easily swappable Vapor Caps to direct the vapor out of the top of the machine in different ways. The Tea-Kettle cap points to the side and can be positioned in any direction in 360 degrees, which makes it ideal for installation on a bed-side table, or on a shelf. The Volcano cap points straight up. Miro has a top-opening water tank so can be easily filled without stopping operation. The simple and elegant design blends in with any decors.

Miro has reengineered this crucial part, externalizing it for easy and frequent maintenance. Commonly, this component in standard humidifiers can accumulate grime within just 48 hours of use, a fact often overlooked by users due to its hidden position. Our commitment to providing the cleanest possible humidifying experience led us to design this detachable feature.

In contrast to other brands, where the mist maker can become soiled within two days and may cease functioning after two years, necessitating the purchase of an entirely new unit, Miro's design allows for simple cleaning and, if needed, straightforward replacement of just the mist maker engine. This not only minimizes waste but is also more economical over the long term. With daily use, we anticipate the mist maker engine will last approximately one year. For those periods when the humidifier is not in use, we advise ensuring that each part is fully dried before storage to prevent any damage or staining.

What does the shipping charge include?

How does returning process look?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to qualify for a return, the product you wish to return must be in an identical condition to when you received it - not worn or used, still tagged, and within its initial packaging. It is crucial that you retain and provide your receipt or a valid proof of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for obtaining your own return labels for shipping the product back to us. All returns will be subject to a10% restocking charge.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. DO NOT Buy from this company. It is a scam.

I was so excited to pick up a well-rated, sanitary humidifier for my baby daughter’s bedroom during a Black Friday sale. She was having a rough time sleeping at night due to an illness and the dry, winter air. I’m in Canada, so though I knew I would probably be dinged with duties and shipping wasn’t cheap—it still seemed worth it to me.

HOWEVER, I was shocked to receive an email from UPS requesting duties that totaled more than I paid for the humidifier. When I called UPS to ask about these charges, they said the shipper mistakenly listed the value as much higher than I paid and that they could easily correct this by emailing them.

A little annoying and inconvenient, but no problem. I emailed Miro to and explained what had happened. No reply.

Days go by and UPS attempts a delivery, requesting the duty payment. I explained the situation to the driver and he very kindly let me know he’d put it on a 3-day hold and redeliver it when the shipper corrected the value on the import form.

3 days go by. Sent a follow up email. No reply from Miro. The driver attempts the redeliver and I’m forced to reject the package and send it back. I search for a phone number to call customer service but there is none.

Follow up email sent again letting Miro know what happened. Of course no reply.

This company either is a scam or really doesn’t care about their customers. Either way do NOT buy from them. Buyer beware.

Great until it wasn't

I have had this humidifier for a couple years, only using it in the winter. It was quiet and easy to fill and kept my bedroom comfortable with dry radiant heat. Eventually the mistmaker gave out. When I looked into buying a new one there was a special offer for replacement mistmakers on the website, however the code didn't work. I was told by customer service that that offer is no longer valid. It will cost me half of what I paid for the humidifier to replace the mistmaker. The code is still on the website despite it not being valid.

Initially loved the humidifier

I have purchased two of the humidifiers and I absolutely love the quiet, easy clean aspect of them however, I will say it’s important to know that after the year of having them you’re going to have costly maintenance parts to buy you’re going to have to replace the fan motor, which is a costly $45 so for me to have these two humidifiers working you’re gonna have to keep buying replacement parts, which is very costly so keep that in mind when you purchase these.

The humidifier seems to work perfectly. However, customer service is nonexistent here. Before you buy, just try to contact the company - by phone, email, web form, social media....and if you can't reach them, what do you think will happen if you have a problem?
