I am getting quite fed up with Miro...First, I purchased a replacement Mist Maker from the Amazon store which showed an EXACT image of my Mist Maker but apparently the image was not aligned to the correct product and I got the wrong Mist Maker...No big deal, I contacted support...and then they instructed me to BUY THE RIGHT ONE...no refund, no talk of a refund, just a LINK to buy another one...and this time the 20% Off Coupon DOES NOT WORK so I got to pay FULL PRICE for my replacement.
Then, I bought the correct Mist Maker Replacement from the Amazon Store. It shipped quickly, it arrived in tact. And when I plugged it in...NOTHING. I was sent a defective replacement mist maker... I thought maybe my entire plug/control had gone bad so I TESTED the NEW mist maker with 2 other fully functioning Miro Models (we have 3 of the same model) and still NOTHING WORKED. The replacement Mist Maker never even attempted to turn on, it just created a Red Light on my control...
Now I just want to throw them all away and buy Dysons.
Support was OK at best, communication from Support was very poor at best. If the Product worked and was reliable then the Support experience would be negligible; unfortunately I have had issue after issue with the products as well.
I have often recommended Miro to all of my friends and family. I can no longer, in good conscience, recommend this product or company to anyone.
