I’ve purchased a Miro for each of the three rooms in my two-bdrm apt, which is 1000 sq ft, with a gable 10 ft ceiling in the living room/kitchen. They humidify quite well, and I’m esp. taken by the colorful LED model, which also provides additional light in a dark room. (Note that the non-LED model sits on a plain plastic tray and uses a small controller, so it takes up a little more space, though it’s less expensive.) Perhaps most important, in addition to the beauty of the design, is how easy these are to clean — no filters, everything is washable with plain soap and water except the touch station, or controller as the case may be, and DC power supply. The USB port has a plastic cover to keep it from getting wet when the magnet assembly is washed. It’s a little bit confusing to put together initially, but once you’ve managed it, it’s easy to assemble and disassemble. I love these things.
