The NR07G, NR07S, NR08M Black, NR08M Cream White, and NR MAX models all use the same Humidifier Engine Module (Mist Maker). Ensure you select the correct model when placing your order.

My MH7000 Creates Mist for a Bit and Then Shuts Down
  1. Check for Water Damage: Ensure you wipe all excess water before attaching the mist maker to the touch station.
  2. Touch Station Issues: If the touch station appears damaged, it likely has water damage. You will need to replace both the mist maker and the touch station.
  3. Mist Maker Issues: If the issue is only with the mist maker, ensure you select the correct model before placing your order. Note that mist maker orders are non-refundable.

We process all Mist Maker orders on Wednesday morning. Typically, these orders take 2 days to ship out from our factories. Once shipped, they will take 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your location. Here are some examples of our shipping timeline:

I got the wrong item. Please send the right one.

I didn’t receive the order 14 days ago. I actually received yesterday (on Sep. 3) after almost a month. Plus, it was a wrong item. I sent an email to correct it but no response yet. Late Shipping, Poor Communication, Wrong Item!!! What can I do now?

Good humidifier and parts if you know what you are doing

Honestly a great humidifier with great designs if you know what you are doing. This engine is especially fragile due to it being exposed out compared to other humidifiers. But that's why I bought this in the first place--to clean every single part of the humidifier. My first mist maker only lasted 8 months of everyday use. But my second one lasted me 2 years. Miro is a much cheaper and better option than having to clean other humidifiers or replace them because they get extremely disgusting. I just bought 5 of these since the page says it will take 1-2 weeks to ship. I think they are shipping it directly from factory to save some costs on logistics. It took a while to get to me and the tracking code was really difficult to track down but it got here and I'm happy about it.

I use humidifier all seasons for my throat so this is a great solution for me.

Worst Customer Service

My review has to do with their customer service. I emailed multiple times with my order number, messaged on their website, reached out to their social media person through IG and finally got a response from someone through IG, who I found out doesn't even work there anymore. He was very helpful though and went out of his way to get my order shipped. Once I got a tracking number, it sat in their warehouse for another week. It wasn't until I said that I'm going to dispute the charge that someone finally reached out again. I'm so disappointed because we have 3 Miro humidifiers and the mist maker finally died on one. I'm scared to order more for the other ones when it comes time to replace that part. I recommended this company to so many friends because of how easy it was to clean, but with this kind of customer service, it is VERY hard to recommend them to friends again. From start to finish, I would say that it took about 5 weeks for this small part to come. I was really surprised an email came for a review, that's pretty brazen. With this kind of customer service, everyone should know their products won't come on time, then they'll get no response until you tell them that you're going to disupte the charge.

Very slow delivery and no response from costumer service

It took them 3 weeks for me to get the item, and I contacted them three times via emails and texts, but no answer. No updates on order status on their website either.
